The Banca Commerciale Lugano (German: Handelsbank Lugano ) was a Swiss private bank based in Lugano . Its core activities were in private banking , in the asset management as well as in the area of trade finance. The bank, founded in 1963, employed around 40 people and managed client assets of almost 790 million Swiss francs.
In 2010, the Bank was the Hinduja Banque (Suisse) SA , based in Geneva merged .
