Barb Heinz
Barb Heinz , b. Pflugmacher (born December 21, 1945 in Magdeburg ) is a German sports scientist and former handball player .
She attended the children's and youth sports school in Magdeburg .
In 1971 she became world champion with the GDR women's national handball team . She was also in the GDR squad at the 1973 World Cup.
Barb Heinz is project manager at the Institute for Sports Science in the Faculty of Humanities, Social and Educational Sciences at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg . She was a member of the teaching staff of the handball association of Saxony-Anhalt.
