Barbara Carlotti (born July 2, 1974 in Clamart , Île-de-France ) is a French singer.

Life

Barbara Carlotti was born in Clamart, a city southwest of Paris . She studied singing at the conservatory in nearby Issy-les-Moulineaux . Carlotti was one of thirteen guest voices on the 2006 album Michel Delpech & ... by the French singer Michel Delpech . For her album L'Idéal , released in 2008 and produced by the French electronic musician Jean-Philippe Verdin, she was highly praised by the culture magazine Télérama and Liberation , and the album was also nominated for the French Prix ​​Constantin music prize . In July of the same year she also appeared at the Festival Francofolies in La Rochelle .
