Barbara Kellerman

Barbara R. Kellerman , nee Barbara Kellermann , (born December 30, 1949 in Manchester , England ) is a British actress .

Life

Kellerman's Jewish parents, a physicist and a teacher, fled National Socialist Germany to Leeds . Before returning to Leeds in 1952, they lived in Manchester for a few years, where their daughter Barbara was born.

Barbara Kellerman first acted as an actress at the age of 20 and has since appeared in numerous film and television productions for the BBC and other producers, most recently in 2008. Her internationally best-known appearance took place in 1980 in the war and adventure film The Sea Wolves come alongside Roger Moore and numerous other older male stars.
