Barbara Müller (singer)

Barbara Müller (* in Munich ) is a German concert and lied singer ( alto ).

She first studied piano and flute at the Richard Strauss Conservatory , then singing with Ingrid Bettag . She supplemented her training with master classes and, most recently, by working with Selma Aykan . Engagements have taken her at home and abroad. In Japan she sang St. Matthew Passion and the B minor Mass with the Dresden Kreuzchor J. S. Bach's St. Matthew Passion . Her repertoire ranges from the Renaissance to passions and oratorios to works composed especially for her. She also devotes herself intensively to song singing.

In 1988 she started working for the Bavarian Radio Choir .
