Barbara does not know

Barbara Nichtweiß (* 1960 in Ankara ) is a Catholic theologian. As a full-time councilor in the diocese of Mainz, she is responsible for the diocese's publications.

Barbara Nichtweiß grew up in Seligenstadt am Main and studied Catholic theology and German at the University of Trier and the University of Freiburg im Breisgau . It was in Freiburg with a thesis on the theologian Erik Peterson Dr. theol. PhD.

As part of the “Erik Peterson” project, she oversees the publication of the “Selected Writings”. In this edition of the work, books and contributions by this theologian will be available again; above all, his estate (Biblioteca Erik Peterson, Turin) should be indexed, published and made accessible in current theological and historical research.
