The Barcroft Islands are a group of small islands and reef rocks in the Biscoe Islands archipelago west of the Loubet coast of Graham Land in the north of the Antarctic Peninsula . They extend just south of Watkins Island for a distance of 8 km.

They were mapped using aerial photographs taken by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1956–1957). The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it after the British physician Joseph Barcroft (1872-1947), a pioneer in researching the effects of high altitudes and cold temperatures on human physiology .
