Barney Aaron
Barney Aaron (born November 21, 1800 in Aldgate , England , † 1850 in Whitechapel , London , England) was an English boxer of Jewish descent in the bare knuckle era.
Among other things, he was considered an outstanding and clever lightweight of his time.
At the age of 34, Aaron retired from boxing and died in 1850.
In 2001, Aaron was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame .
