Viscount Dilhorne
Viscount Dilhorne , of Greens Norton in the County of Northampton , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
The Viscount family home is The Dower House in Minterne Parva, Dorset .
Award and subordinate titles
The title was created on December 7, 1964 for Lord Chancellor Reginald Manningham-Buller, 1st Baron Dilhorne .
In 1956 he had inherited the title (4th) Baronet , of Dilhorne in the County of Stafford , which had been bestowed on his great-grandfather on January 20, 1866 in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom, and was in the on July 17, 1962 Peerage of the United Kingdom to Baron Dilhorne , of Towcester in the County of Northampton.
Today's title holder is his son John Manningham-Buller as 2nd Viscount.
