The Barry Island is an island in the center of the Debenham Islands before Fallières coast of the Antarctic Graham Lands .

It was mapped by participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1937) led by the Australian polar explorer John Rymill , who used the island between 1936 and 1937 as a base. Rymill named it after Kenneth Barry Lempriere Debenham (1920-1943), the eldest son of Frank Debenham .
