The Bartók Glacier is an 11 km long and 5 km wide glacier in the north of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . It flows from the southern end of the Elgar Uplands in a south-westerly direction to the Gilbert Glacier .

The first aerial photographs and rough mapping were carried out in 1937 by the British Grahamland Expedition (1934–1937) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer John Rymill . The British geographer Derek Searle from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out a more precise mapping in 1960 using aerial photographs taken by the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948). The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the glacier after the Hungarian composer Béla Bartók (1881–1945).
