Bassa performs in concert or plays to dance and milongas . Their repertoire consists mainly of their own compositions, but is supplemented by interpretations of popular titles when performing live, depending on the occasion.

With the clarinet and violin , Bassa has two typical tango melody-bearing instruments, but on the other hand dispenses with the bandoneon . The multicultural and modern character of their music is emphasized with guitar and double bass .
