From 1856, the owner's third husband, the building contractor Johann Schmid, whose daughter Maria married the building contractor Gabriel Reiser at the end of the 19th century (the name Reiserhaus goes back to him ). In 1960 the baroque facade was knocked off, which was recreated in 2013 as part of a comprehensive renovation of the building based on the historical model.
