The Bearman Glacier is a glacier on the Thurston Island off the coast of the West Antarctic Ellsworthlands . Its head end is east of Mount Howell in the center of the island. It flows south to Schwartz Cove on the south coast of the island.
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him after Lieutenant Forrest O. Bearman (1926–2009), photographer of the Eastern Group of the United States Navy during Operation Highjump (1946–1947) and involved in the creation of aerial photographs of the glacier and the surrounding coastal region .
