Beauchamp Tower (born January 13, 1845 - December 31, 1904 ) was an English inventor and engineer. He is best known for his discovery of full film or hydrodynamic lubrication.

Furthermore, he held several patents on an apparatus, which u. a. Guns on the ship deck should stabilize.
