Bedworth

Bedworth is a town in the Nuneaton and Bedworth district of Warwickshire , England . The city is between Coventry and Nuneaton . In 1991 the population was 32,555.
Bedworth developed as an industrial town in the 18th and 19th centuries as a result of its coal mines and the textile industry in nearby Coventry. The last mine in Bedworth closed in 1994.
Because of its good transport links and its proximity to Coventry and Birmingham , Bedworth is growing rapidly and becoming a dormitory city .
