City villa

The city villa Beethovenstraße 18 is located in the Am Wasserturm district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built in 1925. It was entered under No. B 019 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The two-storey villa has a sloping slate roof on one side with three roof bay extensions on the front and back . The original front door and garage doors as well as windows with shutters have been preserved. The plaster of the villa are in rough plaster executed. The gable roof of the garage is slated.
