Behavior & Information Technology is an English-language trade magazine published by the British publishing group Taylor & Francis .

The aim of the journal is to shed light on the relationships between information and communication technologies and the human behavior of individuals and societies. It was originally planned as a journal for computer psychology. In the course of the development of the role of IT, the focus shifted from human-machine interaction towards global communication between people and groups, social interaction.

The magazine was founded in 1981 by the British ergonomist and psychologist TFM Stewart. The publisher is Taylor & Francis Verlag, Oxford, in which numerous publications on ergonomics appear. Behavior & Information Technology run by the Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors (formerly Ergonomics Society) as a member magazine alongside Ergonomics.
