The Little League World Series 2012 was the 66th edition of the Little League Baseball World Series , an international baseball tournament for boys between 11 and 12 years of age. Like every year, the game was played in South Williamsport , Pennsylvania .
Attendees
The 16 teams formed a group of eight teams from the United States and a group of eight international teams. The two groups each play a double elimination round, the winners of the groups play against each other for the world championship title at the end.

Trivia
- With the victory against the Northwest region, the team from Uganda achieved the first ever victory for Africa at the Little League World Series.
- The team of the Tokyo Kitasuna school, which represented Japan, completed the whole qualification and the whole tournament unbeaten, these are 13 wins in a row.
