Gresham is a city in Multnomah County in the US state of Oregon . It has over 110,000 inhabitants (2016 estimate, US Census Bureau) on an area of 57.6 km². The population density is 1572 per km². Gresham is part of the Portland Metropolitan Statistical Area (Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro Metropolitan Area), which has a population of over 2.4 million. The town hosts the Mt. Hood Jazz Festival annually.

The 105,590 inhabitants of Gresham determined in the census in 2010 , 51% of them women, lived in 38,392 households, the average household size was 2.75 people. 41,015 residential units were recorded in the village.
The population was 76.0% White, 3.5% African American, 1.3% American Indian, 4.3% Asian, and 0.7% Pacific Islander; 9.7% said they belonged to another and 4.5% said they belonged to several ethnic groups.
The population share of residents under 18 years of age was 26.4%, people of 65 years or older had a share of 10.7%.
