The Little League World Series in 1960 was the 14th edition of the Little League Baseball World Series , an international baseball tournament for boys between 11 and 12 years of age. The game was played in South Williamsport . Eight regions took part for the first time; with the exception of 1975 , this number remained unchanged until the field doubled in 2001.
