The Little League World Series in 1991 was the 45th edition of the Little League Baseball World Series , an international baseball tournament for boys between 11 and 12 years of age. The game was played in South Williamsport .

It was the last event in which the eight participants started directly with the knockout system . From 1992 a group stage was played first.
