The Middle East Africa region was one of the eight international regions that sent participants to the Little League Baseball World Series , the largest youth baseball tournament. From 2001 to 2007, the teams were assigned to the regions Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as Transatlantic . From 2013, Australia will form its own region in the Pacific region, for which the Middle East-Africa region will be dissolved again and the part of Africa as well as Turkey and Israel will be assigned to Europe, the states of the Middle East will be assigned to the Asia-Pacific region.
