Contributions to military history

The articles on military history are a monographic series that is published by the Center for Military History and Social Sciences of the Bundeswehr with the Military History Research Office as the former publishing body. It has been published in Munich by Oldenbourg since 1989 and more recently in Berlin / Boston by De Gruyter . The following are mentioned as secondary titles: Series of publications of the ZMSBw, series of publications of the Military History Research Office, series of publications of the Military History Research Office. Predecessors were the articles on military and war history by the Military History Research Office, which were published in Stuttgart by the Deutsche Verlags-Anstalt (DVA) from 1960 to 1982 (No. 1.1960 - 25.1982) and the volume count was continued.

The Military History Research Office (MGFA) went to the turn of the year 2012/2013 in the next day newly established Center for Military History and Social Sciences of the Bundeswehr over. Some of the volumes appeared in further editions. The following overview does not claim to be up-to-date or complete.
