Bella Polini , actually Bella Countess Habdank von Skoroszewska (born December 13, 1896 in Hohensalza , German Empire , † after 1926), was a German silent film actress .

Live and act

The German-Polish aristocracy, Bella Polini, grew up on her grandparents' estate until she was 17 years old. She received private lessons at Carolewa Castle near Punitz and received artistic training from the director Stanislaw Fischer in Vilnius . After a few theater experiences as a guest artist with "my self-written one-act acts" she was discovered for film in the early 1920s and received several roles in productions by and with Harry Piel . Film trips took her to Austria , Italy , Switzerland , Czechoslovakia and Dalmatia. After only a few years, Bella Polini disappeared from the public eye again. Date and place of death are currently unknown.
