Ben Best is an American screenwriter and actor .

Life

Ben Best attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Together with Danny R. McBride and Jody Hill he developed the television series Eastbound & Down , for which he also works as an actor, writer and co-producer. Previously he was in the productions The Foot Fist Way (also co-author), Superbad , Love Vegas and Shopping-Center King - Here my law applies as an actor.

He is best known for The Almost Forgotten World (2009), Eastbound and Down (2009) and Superbad (2007).
