Ben Gashir

Ben Gashir (also: Bin Gaschir , Ben Gascir ; Italian Castelbeito ) is a city in the African state of Libya and belongs to the Munizip al-Murgub .
Ben Gaschir is 71 meters above sea level in the valley of the Wadi al Mjaynin , it has about 7,000 inhabitants.
The city is located 34 kilometers south of Tripoli and is connected to the capital by a four-lane expressway. Tripoli International Airport (formerly Idris International Airport) is located within the city limits of Ben Gashir, on the southwestern outskirts .
