Benedict Elide Odiase
Benedict Elide Odiase (* 1934 in Sobe near Benin ; † June 11, 2013 ) is the composer of the Nigerian national anthem Arise Oh Compatriots, Nigeria's Call Obey . After successfully completing four years of training at the Royal Military School of Music , Odiase returned from England. He was the leader of the Nigerian Police Music Group.
