Benito Contreras
Benito Contreras (born May 16, 1905 , † July 1972) was a Mexican football player who began his career at Club Cuauhtémoc in Toluca . The club was later modeled after the successful former capital club Reforma AC in Reforma dissolved and renamed in 1925 when the majority of his players - including Contreras - for Club Deportivo Toluca changed. In 1926 Contreras went to Club America , with which he was three times champion of the Primera Fuerza . Contreras also belonged to Mexico's national team at the 1928 Olympic Games , where he played both games (7-1 against Spain and 3-1 against Chile).
