Benno Schulze

Benno Schulze (born August 2, 1836 in Guhrau ; † October 12, 1882 in Sorau ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Schulze attended from 1850 to 1856, the Joachimsthalsche school in Berlin and then studied until 1859 at the Universities of Heidelberg , Wroclaw and Berlin law . He passed the first legal exam in May 1859, the third in December 1864, and had been a judge at the district court in Guhrau since January 1, 1869. Schulze took part in the wars of 1866 and 1870/71 as a Landwehr officer.

From 1874 to 1877 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency district of Breslau 1 (Guhrau- Steinau - Wohlau ) and the National Liberal Party .
