Benoît Luminet (born January 7, 1974 in Roanne ) is a former French cyclist .

In 1999 Benoît Luminet drove for the Besson Chaussures-Nippon Hodo team . In 2001 he won the Grand Prix Saint-Etienne Loire. In the next two years he won the Polymultipliée Lyonnaise . In 2003, he also won a stage in the Tour Nord-Isère and in the Tour des Pyrénées . At the Tour des Pyrénées he was also third overall the next year. In 2005 Luminet was successful at the Grand Prix de Vence. In 2006 he won the Grand Prix Saint-Etienne Loire and a stage in the Tour d'Alsace for the second time . In 2007 he won another part of the Tour d'Alsace and also won the overall standings. He competed in cycling until 2011.
