Berazategui is an Argentine city in the southeast of Gran Buenos Aires and at the same time the capital of the administrative unit of the same name, Partido Berazategui .
The city has 167,498 inhabitants (2001), is located about two kilometers from the west bank of the Río de la Plata and is known as the National Glass Capital because of the many businesses in this industry.
