The residential building Berger Dorfstraße 52 is in the Wickrathberg district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The house was built in 1799 and expanded around 1900. It was entered under no. B 016 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The two-storey residential building with a gable roof from the turn of the century is located in Wickrathberg within an intact sub-assembly together with houses No. 50, 54, 56, 58 and 60 . House no. 52 and house no. 54 are the only houses in the immediate area of view of the church that have a bay window on the first floor.
