The Berlin Mobility Act is a law passed by the Berlin House of Representatives on June 28, 2018, which prescribes measures to give priority to bicycles and public transport in Berlin's traffic planning over car traffic. The purpose of the law is to maintain and further develop a safe, barrier-free transport system that is geared to the mobility needs of the city and the surrounding area and is designed to be urban, environmentally, socially and climate-friendly.

The law aims, among other things, to build up the cycle path network, in particular the expansion of cycle superhighways such as the Teltow Canal route , and the construction of additional bicycle parking spaces . Traffic safety is to be increased.

The Mobility Act was originally called for as a "cycling law" through the initiative for a bicycle referendum . A collective right of action that would have given clubs or associations the opportunity to file suit in the event of violations of the law was not included at the insistence of the SPD.
