Bernard Lugan

Bernard Lugan (born May 10, 1946 in Meknes ) is a French historian .

Life

After teaching at the Université nationale du Rwanda for over ten years , he has been a member of the University of Lyon III since 1982 .

In addition to a historical atlas on Africa, he published dozens of books on Rwanda, in which he lived and worked for many years in Morocco, Egypt and South Africa.

Lugan is an expert for the Tribunal pénal international pour le Rwanda created by the United Nations . For many years he and Philippe Conrad and Dominique Venner presented a monthly radio program on historical topics on Radio Courtoisie .
