Bernd Besenlehner (born November 24, 1986 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Besenlehner began his career in 1995 at Katzelsdorf SC in Lower Austria . He was in Katzelsdorf until 2000 before he was loaned out by 1. Wiener Neustädter SC . The loan lasted until 2003, when he was signed by the Wiener Neustädter . He stayed in the club's youth teams until 2006, after which he joined the first team. After just one year Besenlehner moved to SC Oberpullendorf, where he played 36 games in two seasons, scoring five goals.

In 2009 he switched to the amateur team of SC Magna Wiener Neustadt . There he was able to attract attention in autumn 2009 and was brought into the Bundesliga team in the winter transition period 2009/10. The midfielder made his debut in the top Austrian division on February 19, 2010 against SK Rapid Vienna . Besenlehner came on in the 85th minute for captain Hannes Aigner . The game ended 2-2.

In the summer of 2013 Besenlehner switched to ASK Eggendorf.
