Bernd Schulte

Bernd Schulte (born December 8, 1949 in Lüdenscheid ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from 1995 to 2010 .

education and profession

After acquiring the secondary school leaving certificate in 1966 as well as the technical college entrance qualification in 1968, Schulte studied at the study institute for municipal administration in Hagen from 1968 to 1971 and graduated with a degree in administrative management (FH). He then worked from 1971 to 1973 as a civil servant in the senior service for the city of Lüdenscheid. From 1974 to 1995 he was head of department in the administrative service of the Evangelical Church District Lüdenscheid. Schulte has been a civil servant on hold since 1995 . Schulte is married.

politics

Schulte has been a member of the CDU since 1969 and from 1969 to 1978 held various functions in the Junge Union at local, district, district and state level. Since 1969 he has been a member of the board of the CDU city and district association Lüdenscheid. Furthermore, Schulte has been a member of the board since 1975 and has been chairman of the CDU district association Mark since 1997. From 1990 to 2005 he was chairman of the CDU city association Lüdenscheid.

Schulte has been a member of the city council of Lüdenscheid since 1975 and was chairman of the CDU parliamentary group there from 1984 to 1999. Since 1999 it has belonged to the district council of the Märkischer Kreis . From 1995 to 2010 Schulte was a member of the North Rhine-Westphalian state parliament for the constituency of Märkischer Kreis III .
