Bernd Trocholepczy

Bernd Trocholepczy (* 1952 in Witten / Ruhr ) is a German Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

Trocholepczy studied Roman Catholic theology from 1972 to 1978 at the Ruhr University in Bochum and at the Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg . From 1997 to 2002 Trocholepczy was professor for practical theology at the University of Hanover . Since 2002 he has been professor of religious education and media didactics at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and since 2011 director of the Academy for Educational Research and Teacher Training (ABL) in Frankfurt am Main.

Trocholepczy is married and has one child.
