The Bernhard-Fest-Hütte is a Category I refuge in the Murau section of the Austrian Alpine Club at the Frauenalpen summit in the Nock Mountains .

history

Originally, a shelter was built on the Frauenalpen summit, which was used as anti-aircraft accommodation during World War I. This was made available to the German and Austrian Alpine Association and left to the Murtal section. In 1923 the hut was prepared and opened by the Murtal Section with the support of the Wanderfreunde Section.
