Bernhard Bette (* 1851 ; † April 7, 1923 in Neuenkirchen ) was a Roman Catholic clergyman . He was ordained a priest in 1876 and was pastor in Neuenkirchen from May 3, 1893 to 1923 . He was the driving force behind the construction of a larger church , and during his tenure the new St. Anne's Church was built in neo-Romanesque style. His grave is in the Catholic cemetery in Neuenkirchen.

In recognition of his services to the community, a residential street is named after him ( Pfarrer-Bette-Straße ).
