Bernhard Ehrlich

Bernhard Ehrlich (born November 21, 1872 in Königsberg , † after 1938) was a German judge.

Life

In 1894 he was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign. In 1901 Ehrlich became a district judge and in 1910 a district judge. In 1913 he was promoted to the higher regional judge . In 1922 he was appointed assistant judge to the Reichsgericht in the criminal senate of first instance . On May 1, 1923 he was appointed Reich judge. He was then in the I. , VI. and IX. Civil Senate and in the 5th Criminal Senate . In 1938 he retired.
