Bernhard Henter (born April 10, 1958 in Trier ) is a German politician ( CDU ). Since 2006 he has been a member of the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate .

Henter graduated from high school in 1977 and then studied 1978-1984 jurisprudence . In 1984 he passed the state law examination and worked as a trainee lawyer until 1987. Then the second state examination followed and he was a senior civil servant in the Trier district government. From 1989 to 2001 he was with the Bitburg-Prüm district administration. From 2001 to 2006, Henter worked as the first full-time alderman of the Verbandsgemeinde Konz.

Henter is a member of the CDU. In 1989 he became a member of the Trier-Saarburg district council. From 1984 to 2001 and again from 2009 he is a member of the city council of Konz. On May 18, 2006 he became a member of the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate. There he is a member of the budget and finance committee, the legal committee and the electoral review committee. He is the legal policy spokesman for his group. He was chairman of the study commission on municipal finances.
