The residential building at Berninghauser Straße 26 is a listed half-timbered house in the Ennepetal district of Milspe , Berninghausen. The building was erected in 1888.

The building is a two-storey half-timbered house with slate roofing and one of the few remaining residential buildings of this type of town house from the late 19th century on site. The design comes from the architect Gustav Ebbinghaus for the client Julius Drees. A wooden cornice is provided with a tooth cut frieze. The wooden lattice windows with shutters in Bergisch green are original . A middle entrance to the house has side floorboards and a simple glass canopy.
