The Berolinabrunnen is a fountain of the city of Munich . It is in a small park at Johann-Fichte-Straße 14 in Schwabing .
The fountain was designed in 1980 by Ernst Andreas Rauch (1901–1990). The figure of Berolina , a personification of the city of Berlin , separates the rising water jet with her hand and symbolizes the city that has been divided over many years.
