Bertram Gallus (* 1951 ; † February 27, 2004 ) was a German publisher .

In 1964 he joined Carl Heymanns Verlag KG as a limited partner . In 1979 he became a member of the management board of the publishing house. Since 1986 he has been personally liable managing partner.

In addition, he was an honorary member of the board of directors of the Publishers' Committee of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association , as deputy chairman of the Assembly of Representatives of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association , as chairman of the coordination committee for library issues in the German Book Trade Exchange's Association, as spokesman in the Electronic Publishing Working Group , as chairman of the Association of German Booksellers of the German Book Trade Association of North Rhine-Westphalia eV and as a board member of the working group for legal and political publishers
