Bettina Uhlig

Bettina Uhlig (born January 7, 1969 in Marienberg ) is a German art educator and professor at the Institute for Fine Arts and Art Studies at the University of Hildesheim .

Uhlig studied to become a teacher at the Institute for Teacher Education and then to become a qualified teacher for art education at the University of Leipzig . She was a research assistant at the Technical University of Chemnitz-Zwickau . From 1998 to 2003 she was a research assistant at the curative education faculty of the University of Cologne . In 2003 she did her doctorate on the subject of art reception in elementary school at the University of Leipzig. From 2003 she was professor for art and art didactics at the Pedagogical University of Ludwigsburg .
