Beulah Koale

Beulah Koale (born October 26, 1992 in Auckland ) is a New Zealand actor .

life and career

Koale, of Samoan descent, grew up in Auckland before starring in various local theater productions in the early 2010s. A short time later, appearances in the New Zealand soap opera Shortland Street and the series Harry , which takes place in Auckland, followed. His first major feature film, One Thousand Ropes , which was shown at the 2017 Berlinale , was released in 2016. He made his Hollywood debut with the 2017 film Thank You For Your Service . In July 2017, it was announced that Koale had been cast in a leading role on the Hawaii Five-0 series. In this he played the ex- Navy-SEAL Junior Reigns until 2020 . Furthermore, Koale will be seen in the film adaptation of the documentary Next Goal Wins - The Game of Your Life by director Taika Waititi .

In March 2017, his partner, whom he met in Auckland in 2013, gave birth to twins. The couple finally got married in February 2019.
