Beyond was a rock band from Hong Kong . It was founded in 1983 and dissolved in 2005. The group, which was under contract with the Amuse agency , is always associated with Hong Kong and their connection to the region is also reflected in their lyrics. In 1993 the band member Wong Ka Kui (* 1962) died after an accident on a TV show in Japan.
