District house in Slaný

The district house in Slaný (German Schlan ), a town in the Central Bohemian Region ( Středočeský kraj ) in the Czech Republic , was built in 1902. The building on Dr. E. Beneše No. 644/645, which was originally built for the district administration , has been a protected cultural monument since 1988.

description

The work of the architect Jan Vejrych and the builder Václav Havránek from Slaný is built in the neo-renaissance style. In the main axis above the balconies there is a circular arc gable and a high roof turret. The embossed ground floor is broken through by segmented arched windows.
