The Bible Mobile is a converted Skyliner type coach from the Neoplan company , which has been on the road in Germany since 1992 to bring people into contact with the Bible . In the basement there is a biblical exhibition with a printing press and bookstore, and on the upper floor there are two group rooms.

Working with the Bible Mobile started in Year of the Bible in 1992 with an old double-decker Berlin and was originally limited to this year. It was continued as a permanent offer under the umbrella of the Evangelical Main Bible Society Berlin . By 2001 the Bible Mobile had more than 300,000 visitors.

In 2005, the Federation of Evangelical Churches in Central Germany took over the Bible Mobile and in 2009 replaced the historic Berlin bus with a modern double-decker coach. Most recently (until December 31, 2017) the biblical mobile was sponsored by the Berlin City Mission .
